Live occupancy plan
The live occupancy plan allows employees to check in real time whether, how many and which people are currently in the office, or which resources are available.
Calendar integration for Outlook & Co
Booked resources can easily be integrated into the calendars of most providers, such as Outlook, Google, Apple and many more.

The following translations are available: English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Turkish, Russian, Romanian, Hungarian, Japanese and Dutch. Further features will be implemented for you free of charge upon request.
Personal profile
Users can enter personal information here, such as name, phone number, license plate number, or position. Individual settings for notifications and privacy, as well as light or dark mode, can also be found here. The profile can also be used to store favorite colleagues and resources.

Booking reminder
Booking confirmations and booking reminders can optionally be sent by email with or without an iCal attachment. Together with push notifications you won't forget a booking!
Select locations, buildings & floors
Users can only see and book buildings, floors, and resources for which they have been unlocked. Manage permissions with user groups.
