On your electronic door signs you can see the name of the appointment organizer, a daily schedule and the current occupancy status for the room. The color coding makes availability visible at first glance.
Ad-hoc bookings on site
You can make spontaneous room bookings on site and, if necessary, delete them directly on the display. Ad-hoc bookings are thus even more flexible and ensure optimized utilization of your premises.
Easy to use
Using the Flexopus display app is simple and intuitive. Link your displays or tablets to any room. Then connect the devices with a 6-digit PIN. This means that all door signs are recorded in the system.
Microsoft Exchange & Google Calendar Integration
Room bookings can be synchronized with Microsoft Exchange Online and Google Calendar. This means that bookings made externally are displayed directly via the Flexopus Display App.
