Clear display
On your electronic door signs you can see the name of the appointment organizer, a daily schedule and the current occupancy status for the room. The color coding makes availability visible at first glance.
Ad-hoc bookings on site
You can make spontaneous room bookings on site and, if necessary, delete them directly on the display. Ad-hoc bookings are thus even more flexible and ensure optimized utilization of your premises.
Easy to use
Using the Flexopus display app is simple and intuitive. Link your displays or tablets to any room. Then connect the devices with a 6-digit PIN. This means that all door signs are recorded in the system.
Microsoft Exchange & Google Calendar Integration
Room bookings can be synchronized with Microsoft Exchange Online and Google Calendar. This means that bookings made externally are displayed directly via the Flexopus Display App.

ProDVX APPC-10SLBe
Flexopus recommends the use of ProDVX APPC-10SLBe displays. The door signs have an official Google GMS certification so that the software can be installed directly via the PlayStore. The 360-degree RGB LED frame can be controlled directly with the Flexopus Display Connect application.

What is the Flexopus meeting display app?
Flexopus provides a software solution for digital door signs in meeting rooms. The displays show bookings, LEDs visualize the room status (red: occupied, orange: pending, green: free), and rooms can be booked ad hoc on site. Flexopus is responsible for software provision and updates for the display app. Flexopus does not sell hardware; this must be provided by the customer.

Alternatively, displays can also be ordered directly from other ProDVX distributors .
Can I use any tablet?
It is possible to use Android or iOS tablets, but not recommended. Our display app can be installed on Android devices (APK), and on iOS it can be installed as a PWA. Specialized hardware such as the ProDVX APPC-10SLBe meets the requirements of a room display (LED, battery, PoE, Always-On) much better.
