Microsoft Exchange Online integration
Synchronize meeting room bookings between Microsoft Exchange Online and Flexopus using the Microsoft Graph API.
How does the Flexopus Microsoft Exchange integration work?
The Flexopus Microsoft Exchange Integration uses the Microsoft Graph API to enable efficient synchronization between your Microsoft O365 resource calendar and Flexopus meeting rooms. This integration allows you to view appointments in Microsoft O365 and simultaneously make bookings in Flexopus, which automatically appear in your O365 calendar. This feature is only available for the cloud version of Microsoft Exchange, as the on-premises version does not support the Graph API. A key aspect of this integration is that in order to make bookings, users must also have permission to book in Outlook. Flexopus is primarily used to manage physical resources and complements Outlook with features such as ad-hoc bookings of meeting rooms, room occupancy reports, digital signage, room searches with office plans, and catering services, while the familiar booking process in Outlook remains unchanged.
