What is the Sesame HR synchronization?
The Sesame HR integration reads absence data directly from Sesame HR and transfers it automatically to Flexopus. The connection is established via a standardized interface that links Flexopus with your HR system.
The following data is synchronized:
- Employee ID and approval ID
- Start and end date of the absence
- Status of the absence (e.g., approved)
- Type of absence (e.g., vacation, sick leave) – or simply "absent" if preferred
- Optional note regarding the absence
This is a read-only synchronization: absence data is imported from Sesame HR and cannot be modified via Flexopus.

As soon as absences are recorded and approved in Sesame HR, they are automatically available in Flexopus. This creates team transparency and simplifies the planning of office attendance days.

What happens if an absence is changed or deleted in Sesame HR?
Flexopus synchronizes data regularly. Changes or deletions in Sesame HR are automatically applied during the next sync. Manual adjustments in Flexopus are not necessary.
Can I edit absences in Sesame HR via Flexopus?
No. This integration is a read-only synchronization. Absences can only be recorded and modified in Sesame HR. Flexopus reads the data and makes it available for resource planning.
