XLOCK Smart Locks with Flexopus: Intelligently manage lockers
The XLOCK integration connects XLOCK's smart locker solutions directly with the Flexopus platform. Flexopus communicates with the XLOCK locks via a digital interface, enabling lockers, cabinets or doors to be opened and managed directly from the Flexopus interface.

XLOCK is a provider of modern locker solutions, offering a wide range of products from classic mechanical systems to fully digitally controlled smart locks. In combination with Flexopus, a central point of contact is created for the entire workplace experience – from desk booking to the secure storage of personal items.

With XLOCK integration, employees no longer need to use separate apps or physical keys to access their locker. Everything runs through Flexopus.

- Employees open their assigned locker directly via the Flexopus app or the web portal.
- Administrators can manage the allocation of lockers centrally in Flexopus.
- Access can be automatically adjusted at the end of the booking period or in case of absence.

How easy is the integration?
The XLOCK integration is set up via the Flexopus administration area. There, the connection to the XLOCK locks is configured so that the devices are then directly visible and controllable in Flexopus.

Can employees also open their locker via the mobile app?
Yes. Since the XLOCK integration is fully embedded in the Flexopus platform, employees can open their locker via both the Flexopus web app and the mobile app.
What happens to the locker access when a booking ends or an employee leaves the company?
Access to a locker is linked to the assignment in Flexopus. If an assignment is terminated or a user account is deactivated, access can be revoked accordingly. This ensures that only authorized persons have access to the lockers.
What data is processed during XLOCK integration?
The integration transmits only the data necessary to control access – such as booking information and user identification. No sensitive personal data will be shared. Flexopus places great importance on data security and compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
