With the Flexopus meeting room display app, current and upcoming bookings are visible directly at the room. Employees can check availability, check in on site and spontaneously book available rooms. The app also supports synchronization with Microsoft Exchange Online and Google Calendar.

With the Flexopus meeting room overview, employees can quickly find available rooms in their vicinity. Current occupancy and upcoming bookings are displayed centrally on an information screen, so that available rooms can be found directly without a long search.
