Mitarbeitende können Verfügbarkeiten prüfen, vor Ort einchecken und freie Räume spontan buchen. Die App unterstützt zudem die Synchronisation mit Microsoft Exchange Online und Google Calendar.

Mit der digitalen Anwesenheitsanzeige von Flexopus sehen Mitarbeitende auf einen Blick, wer heute im Büro ist und welche Arbeitsplätze frei oder belegt sind. Tagesaktuelle Buchungen und Profilinformationen werden übersichtlich auf einem zentralen Display dargestellt. Die Anzeige lässt sich flexibel für einzelne oder mehrere Etagen konfigurieren und auf kompatiblen Smart-TVs nutzen.
Visitor Kiosk
Mit dem Flexopus Visitor Kiosk registrieren sich Besucher einfach und selbstständig direkt vor Ort. Gäste können ihre Daten prüfen oder ergänzen, Dokumente bestätigen oder digital unterschreiben und sich bei Bedarf für das Gast-WLAN anmelden. Auch spontane Besucher lassen sich direkt am Kiosk erfassen – für einen schnellen und professionellen Empfangsprozess.

Do the sensors capture personal data or camera footage?
The sensors collect only anonymous presence data (e.g. via pure heat or presence sensors). No images, sounds, or personal data are stored or transmitted.
What are the benefits of combining Flexopus and sensors in everyday office life?
Bookings alone often do not reflect actual attendance. Sensors show how spaces are actually used – regardless of whether they were booked in advance or not. The connection provides you with reliable real-time data, meaningful heatmaps and evaluation data to optimize space requirements, occupancy and room utilization in the long term.
Can the use of the sensors be easily agreed upon with the works council?
The sensors measure without a camera, completely anonymously, and cannot identify any individuals. Even when sensor data is linked to bookings, there are ways to anonymize booking data in Flexopus. Therefore, the data can be used purely for determining space utilization.
Are there ongoing license fees in addition to the hardware costs?
