Connect Eurécia with Flexopus to ensure employee absences are automatically reflected in your office planning. This way, the entire team always knows who is in the office, who is working remotely, and who is away.
What is the Eurécia synchronization?
The Eurécia integration connects Flexopus to your HR system via a standardized interface. Absence data such as vacation, illness, or other unavailability is automatically retrieved from Eurécia and transferred to Flexopus.
The synchronization is read-only: data is retrieved from Eurécia and displayed in Flexopus. Changes to absence data can only be made in Eurécia. Flexopus receives and processes the following information:
- Employee ID and approval ID
- Start and end date of the absence
- Absence status (e.g., approved)
- Absence type (e.g., vacation, illness, parental leave)
- Optional note regarding the absence
Upon request, Flexopus can be configured to display only "absent" instead of the specific absence type to protect sensitive employee data.
