How does the Google Groups integration work?

The Google Groups integration in Flexopus enables the synchronization of Google groups using the Google Directory API. Groups are transferred from Google Workspace to Flexopus. Integration is achieved by adding a client ID and specific permissions in Google Workspace. If necessary, group member data can be created automatically. Disconnecting stops the update and converts the groups to internal groups. One advantage of this integration is the automation of user and group management, which significantly reduces administrative effort and increases efficiency.
