With the Hailey HR integration, Flexopus connects your HR system directly to workspace planning. Absences are transferred automatically—no manual maintenance, no duplicate work.
What is the Hailey HR synchronization?
The Hailey HR integration connects Flexopus to your HR system via a standardized interface. Absence data—such as vacation, illness, or other time off—is automatically read from Hailey HR and transferred to Flexopus.
The synchronization is read-only: Flexopus receives data from Hailey HR but does not make any changes to your HR system. The following information is transferred:
- Employee ID and approval ID
- Start and end time of the absence
- Status of the absence (e.g., approved)
- Type of absence (e.g., vacation, illness) or simplified as "absent"
- Optional note regarding the absence

The integration ensures that absence information from Hailey HR is visible directly in Flexopus—without employees or administrators having to enter anything manually.

Absence status directly visible: Approved absences are automatically displayed in Flexopus. Employees see their status directly on the home screen.

How easy is the integration?
Setting up the Hailey HR integration is straightforward and can be done directly via the Flexopus dashboard. As an administrator, navigate to the integration settings, select Hailey HR, and grant the necessary API permissions in your HR system.
Once the connection is established, Flexopus automatically synchronizes absence data based on the employees' email addresses. No further configuration is required.

Can Flexopus change data in Hailey HR?

What happens if an absence is changed or deleted in Hailey HR?
Changes in Hailey HR are automatically applied in Flexopus during the next synchronization. If an absence is deleted or withdrawn in Hailey HR, the corresponding entry is also removed from Flexopus.
Is the HRIS integration included in the standard subscription?

How are absences assigned to the correct users in Flexopus?
