Syncing TriNet (Zenefits) with Flexopus: Automate your absence tracking

What is the TriNet (Zenefits) synchronization?

The integration between TriNet (Zenefits) and Flexopus connects your HR system with your workplace management solution. Flexopus reads the absence data maintained in TriNet (Zenefits) and automatically transfers it to the platform. This is a read-only synchronization: absence data is only imported from TriNet (Zenefits) and cannot be modified via Flexopus.

The following data is synchronized:

• Employee ID and approval ID
• Start and end date of the absence
• Status of the absence (e.g., approved)
• Type of absence (e.g., vacation, sick leave)
• Absence note

Upon request, Flexopus can be configured to transmit only a general "Absent" status, without revealing the specific reason for the absence. This allows you to maintain full control over the scope of the transferred data.

The integration ensures that absence information from TriNet (Zenefits) is directly visible in Flexopus – without manual entry or duplicate data maintenance.

As an administrator, navigate to the HRIS integrations section in Flexopus, select TriNet (Zenefits), and grant the necessary permissions in your HR system. Flexopus will then automatically synchronize absence data based on your employees' email addresses.
