What is Zoho People dubbing?
The Zoho People integration connects Flexopus to your HR system via a standardized interface. Absence data – such as vacation, illness or other absences – is read from Zoho People and automatically transmitted to Flexopus.
The synchronization is read-only: Flexopus receives the data from Zoho People and makes it available for resource planning. Changes to absences are made directly in Zoho People and automatically applied by Flexopus.
The following information is transmitted: employee ID, approval ID, start and end date of absence, status, absence type, and optional notes.

The integration ensures that absence information from Zoho People is directly visible in Flexopus – without employees or administrators having to maintain data twice.

Flexopus then automatically synchronizes absence data based on your employees' email addresses.

What absence data is transferred from Zoho People?
Flexopus synchronizes absence entries including start and end date, status, absence type, and optional notes. The transfer is based on the email address of the respective employee.
Are sensitive health data such as medical diagnoses transmitted?
No. Only absence information relevant for workplace planning is transmitted, e.g. whether someone is absent and for what period of time. Diagnoses or medical details will not be disclosed. Additionally, the integration can be configured so that instead of the exact absence type, only the general status "absent" is saved.
What happens when an absence is changed or deleted in Zoho People?
Changes and deletions in Zoho People will be automatically transferred to Flexopus during the next synchronization. The data in Flexopus therefore always reflects the current status from your HR system.
Can I edit the absence data directly in Flexopus?
No. The synchronization is deliberately designed as a read-only connection. Absences are managed exclusively in Zoho People and transmitted from there to Flexopus. This ensures that Zoho People remains the leading HR system.
Is HRIS integration included in the standard Flexopus package?
